Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 655 Christchurch Road to Mr W Alozdi and Mr T Alozdi, who have opened the retail premises as a Newsagent.
The premises comprise 233 sq ft of retail area; with a further 87 sq ft of ancillary space; and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rent was £12,000 per annum, exclusive.
