Property consultants Bruton Knowles have completed the sale of a freehold retail investment in Dorridge.
The firm has sold 482-490 Station Road to an existing tenant for an undisclosed sum.
The property comprises four single storey retail units totalling 1,758 sq ft, all of which are occupied by tenants including Barber 93, Elegance Nails & Beauty, Hair by Natalie and Ideal Dry Cleaners.
Bruton Knowles acted on behalf of trustees of the estate.
Geoff Solman, a senior surveyor at Bruton Knowles, said: “The property is situated opposite the new Sainsbury’s superstore which is due to be developed shortly, making this a prime retail position in the village. With the building already fully let and generating a rental income of £25,000 per annum, this was a great investment opportunity which generated significant interest.”
