Following the recent acquisition by Robert McKay Kay, approximately 45,000 sq ft has been let in 6 months at the newly named Ocean 80 in Bournemouth.
Formerly known as 80 Holdenhurst Road, the building comprises a 10 storey office building extending to approximately 85,000 sq ft providing open plan accommodation with sea views from the upper floors. Under the proposed refurbishment programme, the ground floor will be substantially transformed and the intention is to provide a high quality entrance and reception area which will be fully manned.
