The Sheffield office of national property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton, has secured lettings for two offices at Ebor Court, Doncaster. Completed with joint agents PPH Commercial, the latest deals leave just four units available for occupancy on the 13-office complex owned by Wilton Developments.
Foster Plus Ltd has taken 2,100 sq ft at unit 12 and Inspired Property Management has agreed the 1,600 sq ft unit 6.
Tom Burlaga, surveyor on the agency team at LSH Sheffield, said: “The out of town market in Doncaster has demonstrated remarkable resilience. Rents have broadly been maintained and activity levels have remained constant. The fact that there are just four units left speaks volumes for the quality of the space at Ebor Court. We’re very much looking forward to securing the final tenants for this fantastic development.”
Ebor Court is situated on the Redhouse Interchange Business Park, which is home to a number of retail brand distribution centres including ASDA, B&Q and DFS. It is located off J38 of the A1M and is within easy access of Donacaster, Barnsley and Rotherham.
James Scott of Wilton Developments said: “We’re extremely pleased to have secured two new tenants and are sure that they will very much enjoy their new bases. The success of Ebor Court is down to the specification of the office space and the great location. I’m sure it won’t be long before all units are occupied!”
Tony Chappell at PPH Commercial acted as joint agent on the two deals.
