The Manchester office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has welcomed two new members to its Building Consultancy team, with the appointment of Senior Surveyor Ian Johnson and Graduate Surveyor Stuart Carr.
Ian Johnson joins from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he previously held the position of Senior Surveyor, while Stuart is a graduate from the University of Salford. The new additions will support the growth of the firm’s Building Consultancy team as it increases its activity in the region across both the private and public sector.
The appointments follow a number of recent project successes on behalf of some high profile occupiers in the region including Boohoo, Waters Corporation and My Home Move.
