Leading Welsh construction company Willmott Dixon, has been awarded the £15millon Cardiff Metropolitan University Framework for the consecutive term of four years.
Willmott Dixon will be the only contractor on this single source framework, which will see them work on a variety of projects for Cardiff Metropolitan University over the next few years. The Welsh company has previously worked on the construction of £20 million Cardiff School of Management, the £14 million Cardiff School of Art and Design, together with a number of smaller projects, including their Sports Café and I.Zone.
Neal Stephens, managing director at Willmott Dixon, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this framework for this consecutive term. We have a wealth of experience in constructing education establishments across Wales and are pleased to have secured the contract again.
“We have established a great relationship with Cardiff Metropolitan University and we are looking forward to maintaining and developing this partnership over the next four years. We have completed some prestigious projects for the university which were always completed on time and within budget.”
Willmott Dixon is the only contractor to be awarded a place on the four-year framework, which will focus on the development and refurbishment of Cardiff Metropolitan University.
