The BSS Group Ltd have continued their expansion plans across the UK, following their recent takeover from Travis Perkins PLC by securing the letting of Unit D Kingfisher Business Park, just off London Road in Stroud,.
Alder King, who was acting for a private landlord, let the unit to the group on a new 10 year lease. The leading distributor to specialist trades, BSS, has moved into one of the few buildings of its type in the area. The detached property has its own self secured yard at the front, and offers 8,915 sq ft of industrial warehouse space.
Current plans for developing the property include dividing the building into two sections to accommodate two of BSS’s main divisions; Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS) and Pipeline and Heating Solutions.
