Ben Wilkinson has been appointed as a Building Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Building & Construction team.
Having grown up in Nottingham, Ben is relocating back to the area from Northampton where he worked for Lambert Smith Hampton for three years. Attracted by the success Jones Lang LaSalle has been enjoying in the local marketplace and its commitment to the future growth of the business by moving to new offices in City Gate, Ben Wilkinson said:
“For a young person moving up the career ladder, Jones Lang LaSalle presents a huge potential not just regionally but throughout its global network. It’s a very forward thinking company, which is clearly evident on walking through the front door of its new offices. The wider company and Building Consultancy team are actively embracing the latest technology and working practices in order to enhance their offering and ensure the highest level of service is provided to their clients.
“I am excited by the opportunity to work within such an innovative environment and look forward to utilising the latest technology to enhance the level of service which I am able to provide to clients. Look on the social media networks and you will see Jones Lang LaSalle right at the forefront, using all channels of communication to provide helpful insights to clients and demonstrate our service offering. This is something which I am already actively engaging with to provide the latest relevant news and professional updates to my clients and followers alike.”
David Hastings who leads the Building & Development Services team added: “Ben is very enthusiastic and is already proving to be a great asset to the team. Having gained specific experience within dilapidations and party wall matters Ben will assist the team across all Building Consultancy practice areas, including dilapidations and professional services work which was a growth area throughout last year and will hopefully be integral in helping to secure new work in 2014.”
