National fruit and vegetable suppliers, Reynolds Catering Supplies has expanded into the Yorkshire region with DTZ and secured a new depot at By-Pass Park Estate in Sherburn in Elmet.
Reynolds Catering Supplies has taken a 5,000 sq ft warehouse unit on a 5 year lease. Secured by DTZ, Reynolds is the second national company to relocate to By-Pass Park in Sherburn in Elmet in quick succession following Pullman Fleet Services, a subsidiary of Wincanton Logistics, which took 8,000 sq ft in November last year.
By-Pass Park Estate is owned and managed by G W Sissons & Son Ltd and is one of the largest single owned industrial estates in north Yorkshire. It comprises circa 75,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation on a site 16 acre site. The estate is strategically located just off Junction 42 of the A1(M) motorway and provides ideal access to both the north and west Yorkshire regions.
