The sale of two commercial investment units by Wiggins Lockett Thompson to a private local investor has completed. The units, B7 & B10 on Hortonwood 10 in Telford both occupied by local companies, are also managed by the firm who were marketing the units off an asking price of £155,000 each.
Anthony Wiggins, who handled the sale added,

The rental market is showing cautious signs of improvement meaning that investors are buying with a sense of optimism for the medium and longer term. Many of the units in Telford have aged well and only need small amounts of capital investment to ensure they meet modern occupier requirements. We have a number of clients actively looking for property similar to this.”
