Knight Frank has appointed John Banbury as an Associate in the Lease Advisory team of the National Offices Department covering the M25 and Thames Valley office markets.
His new role will cover all lease advisory services including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears, and Section 18 valuations. He will be reporting to Ashley Drewett.
John joins from Jones Lang LaSalle where he spent six years in the National Offices Lease Advisory team focusing on the same markets.
