A top London quantity surveyors and engineering services firm will return to its UK roots this month following sustained expansion in the Gulf and Middle East.
MPG Quantity Surveyors will open its sixth office -the third in the United Kingdom –in Watford to cope with an influx of new service contracts awarded in Clapham, Liverpool and Walthamstow.
The brand new Watford expansion will join existing MPG Quantity Surveyors’ locations in London’s Gracechurch Street and Aspley, Hertfordshire. With the Gracechurch address serving as the international company’s Head Office and the Hertfordshire outpost designated at the Projects Office, the Watford branch will provide a crucial cog in the firm’s service provision.
The Watford branch will support engineers on the ground as they carry out services in and around the nation’s Capital. The addition of the third UK office further consolidates the MPGQS remit of providing dedicated, experienced and local teams around the clock.
Michael Gallucci, MPG Quantity Surveyors Managing Director said, “Following the addition of our offices in the Gulf, most recently in Saudi Arabia, the MPGQS name has become synonymous as the authority in quantity surveying, engineering and dispute resolution. We are delighted that this expansion can now be continued in the UK with the opening of a third office in the South East.
“Having recently been awarded several contracts in the area, this office will play a crucial role in future developments in London and Hertfordshire and allow us to continue to set the standard in service provision.”
In addition to its new Watford office, MPGQS has also seen demand for its Contract Administration, Design and Project Management services reach unprecedented levels. The company’s engineering teams are carrying out record levels of replacement boiler system works in both Westminster and Chelsea.
The launch of the Watford office comes almost two years after the creation of the MPGQS presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which led to work on a number of prestigious projects including project management, risk analysis and contract advice for the Hilton Hotel in Riyadh, contract advice and risk analysis for the King Faisal Specialist Hospital, the preparation of loss and expense claims for King Saud University and collaboration on the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
