DTZ has secured a duo of deals at Olympic Park, Birchwood, Warrington on behalf of Yorkshire based Commercial Development Projects.
The 3,097 sq ft ‘Unit 4A’ has been sold to Integra People, an award-winning national technical recruitment consultancy providing temporary, contract and permanent resourcing solutions to the IT and telecoms, construction, engineering, defence, automotive and aerospace industry sectors.
This transaction follows closely behind the recent letting of Unit 5B to debt management company BCW Group. BCW Group has taken a 4,200 sq ft building on a 5 year lease and will be opening a new North West regional office early this year.
Integra People has purchased the building in order to grow their existing Warrington operation. It chose Olympic Park due to its superior quality of building and its ideal location immediately adjacent to the M6 motorway. The unit is a self-contained, air conditioned office building arranged over the ground and first floor.
Simon Marshall, Managing Director of Commercial Development Projects comments: “We are delighted to welcome both Integra People and BCW Group to Olympic. Olympic Park is constructed to an excellent standard, we believe occupiers appreciate the quality of our buildings and common areas; these particular features shine through when occupiers compare other business parks in the area. Our high quality existing occupiers coupled with the most recent transactions substantiate this belief.”
Rob Prescott, Office Agency Surveyor at DTZ comments: “Olympic Park offers occupiers a superb address; Grade A office accommodation and excellent value for money. The recent occupiers secured by DTZ are testament to this and we are pleased to welcome them to the Park. We have 5 buildings remaining offering self-contained occupancy ranging from 3,100 – 7,200 sq ft. We anticipate strong demand in the remaining buildings during 2014.”
Altus Eileen Bilton was the joint letting agent.
