“At Goadsby, our resolution was to expand our Commercial business by opening a new Dorchester office. We have had a long established residential branch in High West Street and from the first floor, Neil Upward, now offers commercial property agency and general valuation services”.
Paul continues “Neil is a local resident , who attended Hardye’s school. Neil’s local knowledge, combined with his property expertise, of being a Chartered surveyor and a registered valuer, gives us every confidence, we will make serious in-roads into the local commercial property market on both agency and valuation fronts”.

“In fact, since opening 6th January, we have already completed a valuation instruction of an office investment building on Poundbury, quoted for a residential probate valuation in Dorchester (referred by our Residential branch), and, undertaken viewings of vacant offices in Poundbury, working in conjunction with Bournemouth based colleagues. We are definitely up and running!”
