Goadsby have, on behalf of Terrace Hill, sold a 0.555 acre site with detailed planning consent for 13,800 sq ft of industrial/warehouse premises. A local occupier has bought the site which will enable its company to expand by building a 7m warehouse for its on-line sales.
The quoting price was £416,250 plus VAT and the site has planning for B1, B2 and B8 uses.
Chris Wilson, Director Goadsby commented “The 17 speculative industrial/warehouse units have now all been sold, with 15 occupied and 2 owned by investors and ready for letting. Additionally, there have been two superb 59,740 sq ft , 10 metre high design and build developments and a 0.417 acre plot sale to a local occupier that will build its own premises. This has been a highly successful scheme and we have already had calls from purchasers enquiring whether another freehold speculative scheme is planned for Christchurch.”
