BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, alongside joint agent Montagu Evans, has agreed a letting to Eze Castle Integration (UK) Ltd, represented by Kinney Green, for the second floor of Interpark House, 7 Down Street, W1, on behalf of client Bono Properties Ltd.
A 10 year lease (with five year break option) was agreed on the 5,100 sq ft space, at a rent of £48.50 per sq ft.
