Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 73/75 High Street, Honiton to a sandwich shop. The retail premises was in a prime location in Honiton town centre and had a prominent corner position with dual frontage. The shop had an area of approximately 29.67 sq m (319 sq ft) of ground floor retail space plus two first floor rooms and WC facilities. The retail unit was available by way of an assignment of the current lease at a passing rent of £9,800 per annum.
