GVA has bolstered its North West Planning, Development and Regeneration (PDR) team with the appointment of Samuel Stafford as Director. Stafford, who previously worked for Savills and Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte Real Estate), was most recently part of the Land & Planning Strategy team at HIMOR Group.
Stafford joins a nineteen strong team with a broad range of work for public and private clients, and will work across GVA’s offices in the north on expanding services to the residential and commercial sector.
Stafford said: “The multi-disciplinary PDR team is well-respected and highly regarded by private and public sector clients throughout the North. This is a unique opportunity and I am looking forward to working as part of the wider GVA team to contribute towards the future success of the business.”
