Will Maugham of Goadsby’s Property Management Department is pleased to announce their appointment as Managing Agents for a third industrial estate in Dorset.
Knighton Heath industrial estate was purchased by Brookshire Capital LLP at the end of 2013. The estate has nearly 47,000 square foot of industrial space with Absolute Music and the Plumb Centre as tenants.
Will states, “This is another instruction that has been added to our ever growing portfolio of instructions. This instruction has come from managing two other estates for the client locally. On this latest purchase we were delighted to be able to assist them. Our management role is to primarily oversee the service charge management”.
Brookshire are an acquisitive Property Company interested in procuring further industrial estates in Dorset to add to their growing portfolio.
