A qualified chartered surveyor has joined the growing retail and leisure team at an independent commercial property consultancy in Hampshire.
Filipe Martins, from Southsea, was with Portsmouth’s Garner Wood for two years before joining Hughes Ellard, which has offices in Southampton and Fareham.
Filipe, who studied property development at Portsmouth University and had a spell at international CBRE in London, will be supporting retail specialist Tim Clark.

The retail and leisure team undertake work across the South Coast, from between Brighton and Poole.
Tim and Filipe act on behalf of institutional, property company and local landlord clients dealing with the leasing, purchase and sale and asset management of shopping centres, retail parades and individual shop units.
In addition Tim works on behalf of national and local retailers assisting them with acquisitions, lease disposals and professional work.
