Myddelton & Major have acquired for clients a new lease of 25 The Hundred, Romsey.
The property, which comprises a ground floor retail shop of 708 sq ft net sales area with additional ancillary space on first and second floors, has been acquired on behalf of Oxfam for a relocation of their bookshop in the town.
Simon Lee, retail agency partner from Myddelton & Major commented, “these new premises are an ideal upgrade for Oxfam who needed to vacate their previous shop in Cornmarket and which will provide them with excellent sales space and office/storage for their internet book sales”.
