Goadsby Commercial will be opening their fourth office in Dorchester on 6th January 2014. This will complement their existing offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and Winchester.
The office will be located above the existing estate agency in High West Street and run by Neil Upward, BSc MRICS. Neil has been employed at Goadsby since 2009, operating from the Bournemouth office.

Neil is a Dorchester boy and like myself, attended Hardye’s. As a qualified surveyor who worked in London for 15 years, Neil has a wealth of experience and will be working alongside the agency team in Bournemouth to offer unique coverage. Additionally he will be providing professional services including Landlord and Tenant and valuation services.”
Neil added “Being based in Dorchester will enable us to provide a more comprehensive range of property services and advice over the whole West Dorset area, servicing new and existing agency instructions and providing a greater range of professional services. It is an exciting opportunity to be active in an area where I grew up and I’m looking forward to making new contacts and developing the business.”
Goadsby Commercial have acted for the Duchy of Cornwall since Poundbury’s inception and have also been instrumental in the success of Osprey Quay at Portland having acted on disposals and lettings.
