Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 5A Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Weycroft Avenue on the edge of Axminster. The end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 45.69 sq m (491 sq ft) plus a mezzanine of 19.84 sq (214 sq ft) and was available at a quoting rent of £3,950 per annum.
