Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 288 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth to Mr Rasti Khalil who will open the retail premises as a hot food takeaway.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 684 sq ft with and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £15,000 per annum, exclusive.
