Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 288 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth to Mr Rasti Khalil who will open the retail premises as a hot food takeaway.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 684 sq ft with and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £15,000 per annum, exclusive.
Goadsby also manage the property and Grant Cormack commented, “Through our retail and management departments working jointly, we were pleased to be able to assist Mr Khalil in securing suitable premises and hope that the takeaway is a real success”.
