Leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded its successful Worcestershire based sales team with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor. The firm has also promoted Claire Juggins to the new role of commercial sales and lettings manager for North Worcestershire.
Toby Fellows joins GJS Dillon from JWL Fellows Chartered Surveyors where he worked for 18 months in a general practice role working with a variety of national and local clients in Worcestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country.
He achieved an honours degree in Surveying at the University of Reading before working abroad for a time. He has experience in commercial valuations, dilapidations and schedules of commission, and has been recruited to bolster the commercial agency side of the business which has grown considerably over the last year.
He is currently undergoing his Assessment of Professional Competence and hope to qualify as a chartered surveyor next year.
Claire Juggins joined the company in April 2011 as a management co-ordinator and has extensive experience in running and supervising an estate agents office as well as valuing and negotiating the sale of a wide range of properties.
