Chesterton Humberts have recently sold 19 Acorn Business Centre, Livingstone Way, within Taunton after competitive bidding.
The mid terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 46.4 sq m (500 sq ft) including an office content of 19.3 sq m (208 sq ft) and was available for sale at a guide price of £59,950.
