DTZ has announced 86 promotions across its network of 11 UK offices.
Six people in DTZ’s Birmingham office have been promoted.
Stephen Kirby (Valuation), Iain McArthur (Residential), Adam Boden (Project and Building Consultancy) and Colin Bailey (Property Management) have all been promoted to Director level. Peter Carroll (Professional Advisory Services) is now an Associate Director and Kate Carlton (Property Management) has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.

In total, 128 promotions were announced in Europe across DTZ’s EMEA, Research and Investment & Asset Management businesses.
