Acting on behalf of Lidl UK GmbH, Goadsby have let a retail unit in the Sovereign Centre, Boscombe to Mr K Barton who will open the retail premises as a furniture store.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 1,805 sq ft with further ancillary space available to the rear and was let on a tenancy at will. The quoting rental was £12,500 p.a.x.
