GVA, the UK’s largest independent commercial property adviser, has significantly expanded its Planning, Development and Regeneration (PDR) team with a wave of new senior level appointments across the North.
In the North West, Nick Graham joins GVA as a principal planner. Previously with Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners, Nick will be based in the Manchester office alongside new Director Neil Morton who joins GVA to lead the Newcastle team with a remit to help lead the northern PDR team’s residential planning practice across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle offices. In addition, David Brocklehurst joins as an Associate and Tom Baker joins as a Principal, both to be based in GVA’s Newcastle office.
These latest appointment take the PDR’s northern planning presence to over 30 qualified planning, funding and development specialists, with 15 located in Manchester, 10 in Leeds and a team of 8 in Newcastle.
On the appointments, Iain Jenkinson, Senior Director for PDR in the north of England, said: “We are delighted with the new appointments which are a clear statement of the commitment that GVA has for the UK regions. We are continuously looking to expand and strengthen our already strong planning teams to provide an all-round service to our clients. We have an active recruitment campaign in the Manchester office for town planners at several levels and hope to have some further news on this in due course.”
