Vickery Holman have recently concluded the letting of a parcel of land at Victoria Business Park, Roche.
The rectangular parcel of land measures 1.23 Acres and was let as a serviced, fenced and surfaced yard off an asking figure of £40,000 per annum.
The site was let to a national firm who have relocated from St Austell to be closer to the A30 and in a better position to service their customers across Cornwall.
Neil Stubbs of Vickery Holman comments “I have been talking with this occupier and their agents for some time having previously assigned the lease on their Redruth depot.
We were originally offering the site as bare land at a lower rent however successfully brokered a deal whereby the landlords did the necessary works to enable the tenants to move straight onto the site.”
