The quoting price was £495,000 plus VAT and it is proposed that the purchaser, Pinta Properties, will speculatively build 11 very high quality industrial/warehouse premises and which will offer between 887 and 2,899 sq ft. The majority of the units will be 1,006 sq ft with a quoting price of £150,900 plus VAT.
