Five key members of staff have been promoted at South Coast law firm Ellis Jones.
Solicitors Kate Brooks, James Kidner, Duncan MacPherson, Katie Taft and chartered legal executive Sam Willey are now Associates.
Kate joined Ellis Jones in 2009 and heads the firm’s employment team. She is based at the Bournemouth office.
James specialises in commercial and residential property. He joined in Ellis Jones in 2012 and works from the firm’s Canford Cliffs office in Poole.
Duncan is also based at Canford Cliffs where he heads the private client department. He specialises in wills, probate, inheritance tax planning and powers of attorney.
Katie joined Ellis Jones in 2008 and specialises in family law including divorce, finances and disputes involving children including international child abduction and relocation.
Sam is based at Ellis Jones’ Ringwood office and specialises in commercial and residential property. He joined the firm in 2007 as a paralegal.
Nigel Smith, Managing Partner, said all five staff were important members of the Ellis Jones’ team.
