Duchy lets space at New Oxford House

 

The Duchy of Lancaster has completed two lettings at New Oxford House to After Adoption and What’s On Magazine, both taking 5 year leases. Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of the landlord.

Located on Waterloo Street, alongside Birmingham’s Victoria Square, the 1930’s Art Deco style New Oxford House, stands proud at the centre of Birmingham’s vibrant business district.

The building features elegant exterior architectural decoration and large framed windows. The property offers spacious office suites which enjoy original, carefully preserved period features and comprises of 26,000 sq. ft. of office space on 7 floors.
