The property comprised a terraced industrial unit of 1,947 sq ft and the asking rent was £9,735 per annum , exclusive.
Tim Wright of RMW Surveyors commented “ demand has been good for units on this estate, which is currently being refurbished following it’s acquisition by the client earlier this year. We have another unit of 2,223 sq ft under offer, and there are only two other currently available units”.
