Switch Concepts Ltd are due to relocate to Hounsdown House, Hounsdown Business Park, Totton, Southampton after having taken a lease of the modern office building that was being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and BNP Paribas. The 14,000 sq ft modern 2 storey office building has the benefit of air conditioning, raised access floors and 78 car parking spaces and was on the market with Keygrove at an asking rent of £13.50 per sq ft.
