Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 4a West Cliff Road, Bournemouth to Mrs E J Park who will open the retail premises as a convenience store.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 390 sq ft with further ancillary space available at basement level and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £8,000 per annum, exclusive.
