Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 8 Post Office Road, Bournemouth to Mr Gurkan Ozkozanoglu who will open the retail premises as a 5D Cinema.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 546 sq ft with a further 1,141 sq ft at basement level and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £32,500 per annum, exclusive.
