Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 8 Post Office Road, Bournemouth to Mr Gurkan Ozkozanoglu who will open the retail premises as a 5D Cinema.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 546 sq ft with a further 1,141 sq ft at basement level and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £32,500 per annum, exclusive.
Goadsby also manage the property and Grant Cormack of Goadsby commented, “Through our Retail and Management departments working jointly, we were pleased to assist Mr Ozkozanoglu in securing suitable premises and hope that the Cinema is a real success”.
