Goadsby Commercial and Residential teamed up this month to take part in a charity bike ride in aid of the Orthopaedics Department at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital (RBH), which took place on Sunday 6th October. The Goadsby team was made up of Jon Winson, Ben Stanley-Clarke and Susan Layfield.
The event started at the White Buck Inn, Burley, where riders had the option to take part in 10km, 20km, 30km or 60km routes around the New Forest. The Goadsby team opted for the 30km route and completed it together in less than two hours.
All proceeds from the event went towards raising £6,000 for a new bladder scanner for the Orthopaedics Department at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, with Goadsby making a £210 donation to the cause.
