Accountant Jill Turner-Smith has a heart of gold.
Jill, business solutions supervisor at the Midlands office of national audit, tax and advisory firm Crowe Clark Whitehill, has raised nearly £900 for the British Heart Foundation.
While on holiday she ran the Jersey Marathon in a time of 4hrs 19min, inspired by her father who recently underwent major heart surgery.
Jill, who has been 11 years with Crowe Clark Whitehill, said: “It was a little bit warm but the views were pretty and the locals very friendly. And it was all for a good cause.”
Johnathan Dudley, Midlands managing partner, was full of praise. “It was a great effort – we are very proud of her.”
