London based CRE firm, Third Sector Property (TSP) has now relocated to their spacious new headquarters in vibrant Camden.
The company, founded in 2009 carried out a complete branding overhaul in 2012 and re-launched themselves with a shortened name, logo and website which included added functionalities such as a property search engine by map, case studies on major clients and industry news updated regularly.
In just over 4 years TSP expanded to 15 property professionals, transacted with over 200 clients and provided property, facility and lease management to 1,500 properties nationwide, and growing. Zac Goodman, Partner at TSP spoke recently at a company event held at the Charlotte Street Hotel and said “Many of our clients, including Addaction, NUS, Shaw Trust and Brook now retain TSP as their sole agent and property manager, a service we have developed and internally refer to as 360º of service.”
To accommodate the company’s rapid expansion, TSP moved to a 2,600 sq. ft. office, double in size, arranged over three floors and ideally situated on Camden’s bustling High Street amongst iconic landmarks such as Camden Lock and Stables Markets.
The design led office is equipped with meeting areas, a conference room, games area with a ping pong table and a large kitchen leading off the open plan office space. Zac commented “the kitchen, like in a home was intended to be the heart and soul of the office; it’s where we eat breakfast together, work, hold casual meetings and enjoy ourselves.”
“We’re delighted to have remained in Camden which is a part of London we all adore. It’s an area which is currently thriving with new businesses of all sizes and we’re very excited to be a part of the community here.”
