Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby Business Space have let Suite 2, 4th Floor Dean Park House, Bournemouth to Nebular Solutions on a new 3 year full repairing and insuring lease. The 4th floor extends to approximately 687 sq ft and the quoting rental was £8,950 per annum exclusive.
