Philippa Pickavance, a leading commercial property agent in the Midlands, has set up her own consultancy – Philippa Pickavance Real Estate.
Specialising in acquisitions, sales and lettings of commercial property, her consultancy is based in Birmingham where she has worked for 29 years.
Philippa said: “I am excited to be setting up my own business. I have a huge wealth of experience throughout the Midlands commercial property market and I am very much looking forward to working closely with clients to give them a dedicated specialist agency or consultancy service.”
Philippa trained initially with Chesterton in London and, moving to Birmingham in the mid-1980s, she joined Chesshire Gibson dealing with industrial premises. However, the majority of her career was spent at King Sturge (now merged with JLL) where she worked for 17 years and rose to partner level, in charge of the office agency team until the early 2000s.
Her career has also included heading agency teams at LSH, Deloitte Real Estate and Drivers Jonas where she was a partner prior to their merger with Deloitte some three years ago.
