Global real estate services firm, DTZ has expanded its Nottingham office with the appointment of Frank Smith as Senior Surveyor.
Frank joins the office from Derbyshire Building Society where he held the position of Estates Surveyor, specialising in property valuation, rent reviews and property management.
He joins the Valuation team in Nottingham and will report to Office Head, Philip Glenn.
