Acting on behalf of a local property investor, Goadsby have recently agreed the sale of the freehold interest of 7-9 Onslow Road in Bevois Valley, Southampton which comprises a ground floor take-away with first floor residential accommodation.
Receiving a rent of £12,840 per annum Goadsby were seeking £130,000 for the property with the benefit of the tenancy and income.
