Birmingham-based building services provider J S Wright has strengthened its design and build expertise with the appointment of Paul Stanley as a Senior Estimator.
Paul, who lives in Wolverhampton, has joined the company’s head office in Aston from a nationwide mechanical engineering service provider with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.
Staring his career as an apprentice, Paul has priced and issued tenders for projects ranging from residential schemes to hotels, hospitals, sports complexes and computer centres. He will be working on projects mainly in the residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands and the South East.
Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, which also has a London office, said: “I am delighted that Paul has joined our office team as we continue to enjoy a rapidly increasing demand for our services, especially in London and the South East.”
Paul enjoys DIY and visiting heritage properties in his spare time.
*J S Wright has just been awarded a design and build contract worth around £1.8m to fit out 78 new apartments at Finchley Road in Barnet for Galliford Try Partnerships on behalf of housing association Affinity Sutton. The seven-storey building will have 14 affordable, four shared-ownership and 60 private apartments as well as two commercial units, a marketing suite, gym and basement car park.
