Union Investment has secured its first tenant at Finsbury Circus House, 10 South Place, EC2, following completion of the major redevelopment of the building in Spring 2013 which totals 144,300 sq ft.
Baird, the international financial services firm, has taken a 15 year lease of the 4th floor totaling 15,265 sq ft. at a rental level close to the quoting rent of £56.50 per sq ft. for the building.
Christiane Buhrsch, Head of Central European Asset Management at Hamburg-based Union Investment, said: “We are delighted to welcome Baird to Finsbury Circus House which we believe is one of the best buildings completed in 2013 in Central London.”
