Construction, property and development consultancy DBK Partners LLP has appointed Ross Fittall as Senior Project Manager within its Birmingham team.
Ross joins DBK from Argent where he has spent the past five years working on high profile Birmingham projects including mixed-use scheme Brindleyplace and the proposed redevelopment of Paradise Circus in Birmingham city centre.
Ross will be working with DBK’s Birmingham team to drive forward key mixed-use and commercial schemes. Building on his office development experience with Argent, which includes the delivery of the highly innovative BCO ‘Best of the Best’ award-winning Eleven Brindleyplace, Ross will also be instrumental in developing and expanding DBK’s involvement in office and retail fit-outs for occupiers and developers alike.

With a keen interest in Birmingham’s professional property scene, Ross is a founding member of the British Council for Office’s NextGen Midlands committee, which focuses on achieving excellence in the commercial office sector. Ross will continue to organise seminars, technical tours and events for property professionals in this role with DBK’s support. Ross is also a founding member of Construction West Midlands, a high profile networking group where he plays a pivotal role in organising a variety of events.
Outside of the office, Ross is a keen sportsman and has represented Great Britain at athletics. He enjoys mountain biking, running, football and participating in triathlons.
