Following the relocation of Skoda from their premises in Faraday Road, Watford to its new location in Bushey, Rapleys were appointed by Palmers Motor Company to market the property.
Following discussions with a number of occupiers we are delighted to announce that the property has been let to Endeavour Automotive as their latest Hyundai dealership. Endeavour, who also represent the brand in North London, were represented by RS & Co.
Mark Frostick of Rapleys commented: “This is another example of the return of the motor industry, as over the last few years dealerships have generally gone out of market, however, we are now seeing strong demand for properties, with relatively few good existing opportunities currently available.”
