Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of the second floor office suite within 4 Chartfield House, Castle Street within Taunton town centre. The recently refurbished purpose built office block is in a prominent position on Castle Street next to the bus station and has easy access into the main shopping street (North Street) via the Portcullis next to the Castle Hotel.
The second floor office suite was self contained with its own WC facilities and kitchenette and extended to 88.14 sq m (948 sq ft) and was let on a confidential basis. The suite included parking for one vehicle.
