Institutional clients of Hanover Green and Frost Meadowcroft have let the final remaining office space at the Phoenix Brewery, London W10, to Swift Computers.
Swift Computers, which specialises in IT and telecoms solutions and services, has taken 2,260 sq ft office space on the building’s ground floor and basement. The company has agreed a five-year lease, at a rent of £27.50 per sq ft on the ground floor space, with a break option in year 3 and nominal rent free period.
The Phoenix Brewery, which includes 30,706 sq ft of office space, is now fully let, with tenants including Live Nation, Charlotte Olympia, JamJar Investments and Chrysalis plc, which occupies 8,350 sq ft on the building’s upper floors.
The refurbished former Victorian warehouse, is located on Bramley Road in the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, close to Westfield Shopping Centre. The seven-storey building was comprehensively refurbished in recent years to provide light, spacious office space, while retaining the building’s original façade.
Hanover Green acted on behalf of the previous owner on its purchase of the property from Chrysalis Group in 2010; the letting of 22,000 sq ft of vacant office space following refurbishment and the sale of the freehold to an institutional investor in March this year.
